How the room changes the DJ setup
Evergreen is a blank-canvas, multi-space property. The DJ/production plan must be tied to the exact room. The venue promotes rigging capability and works with preferred/exclusive suppliers, so confirm what production partner rules apply before hiring separate sound or lighting suppliers.
Before event day
Practical details
Load-in & access
CRH Gallery has a loading bay, which can simplify larger production. Other spaces have different access. Ask for the exact loading route, setup window and whether vehicles/carts can reach the room you booked.
Parking
Evergreen currently publishes three onsite lots totalling about 350 parking spaces, with lot buyouts possible. Confirm vendor parking separately and whether a production vehicle needs reserved access.
Power, AV & suppliers
Evergreen describes its spaces as blank canvas venues with rigging options and uses preferred/exclusive suppliers. Before the DJ commits equipment, confirm what AV is included, what must come through an approved supplier and which circuits/rigging points are available.
Indoor / outdoor transitions
Spaces such as CRH Gallery, Koerner Gardens, the Pavilions and Terrace can create indoor/outdoor event flows. If music must continue across those transitions, plan separate zones rather than assuming one booth will cover the property.

You need a distinctive large-format Toronto venue and are comfortable coordinating production around the exact space and supplier rules.
Ask before booking the DJ
Which space is booked? Is an approved AV supplier required? What rigging/power is available? Where is load-in? Will indoor and outdoor areas both need sound?
