How the room changes the DJ setup
This venue already treats AV as part of the event package. That means the DJ should coordinate with the venue’s production plan instead of assuming a fully independent setup. Confirm the current private-event AV package, preferred entertainment/AV partners, booth location and what outside gear is permitted.

Load-in & access
The venue specifically promotes delivery access and vendor logistics support. Ask for the current loading instructions, elevator route, setup hours and the deadline for removing equipment after the event.
AV & preferred partners
Current venue material says private-event proposals include an AV package, and the venue maintains preferred event/entertainment partners. Confirm exactly what is included and whether your DJ can bring supplemental sound, lighting or video equipment.
Terrace use
The terrace is a major feature for cocktails and networking. If you want music outside, confirm speaker placement, sound limits, power and whether the terrace requires a separate audio zone from the main event hall.
Corporate program to party
For events that move from presentations into a reception or dance floor, confirm who controls microphones, playback, walk-up music and the handoff from presentation AV to the DJ.
