Toronto’s promoter landscape changes too quickly for a permanent “best promoters” ranking. Use live event databases and organizer channels to identify who is currently active, what genres they book, what venues they use, and whether your sound fits their programming.
Start with live discovery sources
Resident Advisor currently maintains Toronto promoter and event indexes and, as of August 2026, shows active names such as Standard Time, FORMAT, Apollo inc, CODA, TAKEOVER 6IX, Rhythm, PARADOX, system, Embrace Presents and Platform among many others. Research before contacting
Look at the last several lineups, not just one event. Note genre range, local-versus-touring balance, event size, venue, set times and whether newcomers appear on support bills.
Community events matter too
