AV services are available through the library venue team. Confirm DJ connection points and sound coverage for the open floor.

Before event day

Coordinate after-hours vendor access and elevator movement with TPL venue staff.

Metered street parking and nearby lots are listed.

Confirm the intended DJ/lighting load and any outside production needs.

Open areas, circular glass study pods and built-in counters can be used as event zones and service points.
