The 3,200-square-foot open-concept space has two garage doors, which can make production load-in easier than many downtown venues. Confirm which door is available on the event date.
Parking
Confirm nearby paid parking and whether short-term vehicle access is available at the garage doors for unloading.
Power & production
The venue is built as a production/event studio. Ask about circuits, lighting power and whether additional production equipment can be tied into house infrastructure.
Rooms & outdoor areas
The main event space and Sunlight Studios can be used together, so larger events may need a plan for music coverage across both areas.
