How We Check Venue Information
How TorontoDJs.com verifies venue capacity, AV, accessibility, parking, loading and other DJ-critical logistics.
Venue records prioritize current venue-controlled sources. We record what a source actually confirms, preserve layout context for capacities, label unknown operational details and publish a last-verified date.
Source hierarchy
First preference is a venue-controlled website, current event package, technical specification or published FAQ. Reputable third-party material may provide context but should not silently override current venue information.
What “verified” means
Verified means TorontoDJs.com found a current public source supporting the displayed fact on the listed review date. It does not mean TorontoDJs.com physically inspected the venue or guaranteed event-day conditions.
Operational unknowns
Load-in windows, vendor parking, dedicated circuits, sound limits, curfews and technician requirements often change by event. If the public source does not state them, the venue record says to confirm directly.
Corrections
Venue operators, DJs, planners and readers can send a page URL, correction and supporting source to todayidid@gmail.com. Material changes should be reflected with a new verification date.
